We provide 24/7 emergency call outs, but our normal scheduled service calls are Monday – Saturday 8 am – 5 pm.  Yes, you read that right – Saturdays are included in our normal schedule.

Munro Electrical Services Ltd. is an NIC EIC Approved Contractor.  We also have multiple City & Guilds Certifications which include Level 3 Award BS7671:2018 18th edition,  Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT), and Advanced Inspection & Testing. We are also a Certified AICO Expert Installer and a CPD-certified Green Champion. 

We cover the Trossachs National Park; Stirlingshire; Perth & Kinross; and the majority of Argyll & Bute as part of our standard service area.

We also travel outside our service area for a small additional fee.  Contact us so we can provide you a call-out price.


Our call out fee includes travel time, mileage, and the first hour of labour on site.  Prices do not include materials or additional time needed to diagnose/repair.

Yes, we charge  £18 + VAT  to come out and provide bids and quotes for new projects or installations (no troubleshooting required).  Our quotes are guaranteed for 30 days and will not change unless you alter the scope of work.  If you chose to use our services, the quote fee will be refunded off the invoice.  There is no obligation to use us, and we won’t hassle or pressure you.

Yes, we have comprehensive liability insurance.  Feel free to ask us for a copy of our current certificate.


We provide a one year parts and labour guarantee. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can make it right!
