Our normal hours are Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.  Yes, you read that right - Saturdays are included in our normal schedule. We also provide 24/7 emergency call out for a premium charge.  

Yes, for an additional fee.  Contact us so we can provide you a call-out price.

Yes, we do.  The call out fee includes travel time, mileage, and the first hour of labour on site.  Prices do not include materials or additional time needed to diagnose/repair.

Yes, we charge  £18  to come out and provide bids and quotes for new projects or installations (no troubleshooting required).  Our quotes are guaranteed for 30 days and will not change unless you alter the scope of work.  If you chose to use our services, the quote fee will be refunded off the invoice.  There is no obligation to use us, and we won't hassle or pressure you.  

Yes, we have comprehensive liability insurance.  Feel free to ask us for a copy of our current certificate.

Yes, we provide a one year parts and labour guarantee.

Yes, however we charge a 3% surcharge to cover our costs.

We are able to take credit card payments in person and over the phone, but you also can pay via bank transfer.
